Employment Questions and Answers
We're glad you asked!
Q: How do I get an assignment?
A: When we get a client request for an employee matching your skills and interests, we'll call you.
Q: When will I be assigned work?
A: Just as soon as we can match you. Our goal is to keep you working.
Q: When will I get paid?
A: You can pick-up your check after 1:30pm on the Tuesday after your workweek, or we can mail your check to the address on your W-4 form which usually arrives Friday.
Q: What are the time-sheets for?
A: We use them to document your hours worked on a weekly basis. The information is used to generate a paycheck for you and an invoice for our customer. That's why we need them by the Monday afternoon before payday.
Q: Am I responsible to make sure you get my time each week?
A: Yes. Ultimately you are responsible to report your time every week. You can do this in several ways:
Mail your completed time sheet to the address on the time sheet so that it reaches our office by Monday.
Deliver your completed time sheet to our office by Monday afternoon.
Fax your completed time sheet to 773-282-8849 by Monday afternoon
Some of our customers will report your hours to us, but until you know that is the case, it is your responsibility to report your hours accurately and on time.
Q: How do I fill out my time sheet?
A: Make sure you fill-in all the information on the time sheet and have it signed by our customer.
