Temp/Temp-to-hire/Direct hire
Temporary Service - This option is short-term work that most likely will remain short-term. This can be beneficial to employees looking for short assignments, as well as people looking to increase their experience in their skill set.
Temp-to-hire
This service works in a similar way to our temporary service, however it is likely to end up as a permanent position. Ron's Staffing is the employer, until the company decides to hire the employee. This option is probably one of or most commonly requested options because it allows the customer to evaluate potential employees on the job. This is also good for our employees because they can show companies what they have to offer, and they also get to try out the job and make sure it is a good fit for them.
Direct Hire
Some companies use us simply to find qualified candidates for them. Once we find employees that match what they are looking for, they hire them directly.
