Safety – At Ron's Staffing, our safety mission is to provide extensive in-house safety training that is designed to complement our customers own safety programs. Our mission maintains a smooth production flow to ensure our workers safety and that of their co-workers as well. Ron's Staffing will also provide all necessary safety equipment that our customers require.
Testing & Evaluation - Potential employees are evaluated on specific tasks. The tests, covering 100 job descriptions, include reading, math, sorting, sequencing, matching, dexterity and machine operation. We also offer pre-employment screening and background checks.
Training & Selection - Only the most appropriately skilled workers are selected for your needs. You will see increased productivity and decreased turnover because we ensure that our employees show up prepared and motivated. For large staffing projects, local training centers can be set up and maintained.
