General Conduct.
After you have filled out your application and are ready to start working for Ron's Staffing Services, we ask that you familiarize yourself with our basic rules of conduct.
Your First Day.
On the days you are looking for employment, you should arrive at the office at 5:00 AM ready to work. Employees sign in when they enter the office and sit patiently in the lobby while jobs are being dispatched. Ron's Staffing dispatchers are always trying to find the perfect "employee + job" fit, therefore not all employees are dispatched in the order they arrived in the morning. If you adhere to our general appearance standards and act in a professional manner at all times, your chances for success will greatly increase.
Ron's Staffing Services will not tolerate theft, drunkenness, drugs, harrassment, tardiness, insubordination, crime or bigotry of any kind.

General Appearance - Male.
Hair
1. Must be clean cut, neatly trimmed & combed.
2. No extreme hairstyles & customs.
3. Controlled - no wisps or strands
4. Should never be touching collar.
Mustache
1. Neatly trimmed at the corner of mouth.
2. No beards when working around food.
Earrings
1. No Earrings. (No Exceptions.)
Clothing
1. Must be clean, ironed or pressed and with no rips or tears.
General Grooming
1. Bathe or shower on a daily basis.
2. Brush your teeth everyday and before you come to work.
3. Nails must be clean and trimmed.
4. Hands must be washed & cleaned.
5. No visible tattoos.
General Appearance - Female.
Hair
1. Must be arranged in a professional manner.
2. No extreme hairstyles or colors.
3. Controlled -- no long wisps of hair around face or neck, no loose ends.
4. Hair should be no longer than top of shoulders or pulled up.
Earrings
1. One stud earring per ear. No more.
Clothing
1. Must be clean, ironed or pressed and with no rips or tears.
General Grooming
1. Bathe or shower on a daily basis.
2. Brush your teeth everyday and before you come to work.
3. Nails must be clean and trimmed.
4. Hands must be washed & cleaned.
5. No visible tattoos.
